The St. Tarcisius Adoration Society was formed to help cover all of the hours of Adoration each Friday, but also, to develop within each one of us, a great love and reverence for Jesus Christ, present in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Each Friday at Holy Ghost, we have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament following the 7:30 am Mass. Adoration usually ends with the Rosary and Benediction at 6:30 pm. However, on 1st Fridays, we have a Holy Hour at 7:00 pm and starting on May 5, 2006, we began Noctournal Adoration (that is all night Adoration) every 1st Friday. Following the Holy Hour, the Blessed Sacrament will remain exposed until the 9:00 am Mass on Saturday.Adoration is important for the life of the Church and for the health of our world. We need Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament more than ever today! You are invited to join the St. Tarcisius Adoration Society at Holy Ghost Church. To join this Society, one thing is required - that you have a desire to spend time with Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament in prayerful adoration. The Eucharist is the very source of our strength, our hope and our life. Without His presence in the Eucharist, the Church would die! Jesus has been so faithful to us b remaining perpetually in the Blessed Sacrament, so “Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Jesus and ready to make reparation for the great evils of the world. Let your adoration never cease.” (Pope John Paul II, Dominicai Cenae)If you would like to join the St. Tarcisius Adoration Society at Holy Ghost, all you need to do is have a desire to spend time in Adoration and have a love for the Blessed Sacrament. To join the St. Tracisius Adoration Society, call the rectory and fill out our Invitation Form and return it as soon as possible.
