St. MonicaSt. Monica

Raised in a Christian family, she was given in marriage to a bad-tempered, adulterous pagan named Patricius. Mother of two, one of whom is Saint Augustine of Hippo whose writings about her are the primary source of our information about Monica. She prayed constantly for the conversion of her husband (who converted on his death bed), and of her son (who converted after a wild life). Spiritual student of Saint Ambrose of Milan. Reformed alcoholic.

Many people have children, family members and friends who have fallen away from the Church and live as if God does not exist.  Would you like your friends and loved ones to return to and love Sacraments and the Catholic Church?  There is only one answer, come and pray!

The St. Monica Guild meets in the church for prayer on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

May the Heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored and loved, with grateful affection, at every moment in all the tabernacles of the world, even until the end of time. Amen.
